Sec. 8-23. - fees for services.

The city manager is hereby authorized and directed to collect the following fees for the services provided by the public library department:

• Resident - 1st. card ..... free
• Resident - Replacement ..... $5.00
• Non-resident - Out of county/within the State of Texas 1st. card ..... $20.00
• Non-resident - out of county/within the State of Texas - replacement ..... $10.00
• Non-resident - out of state - 1st. time ..... $20.00
• Non-resident - (out of state) - replacement ..... $10.00
• Non-resident - out of country - 1st. card. Patron will be issued a library pass. (Patron unable to check-out Library material) ..... Library pass
• Non-resident - out of country - replacement. Patron will be issued a library pass. (Patron unable to check-out library material) ..... $20.00
• Non - resident - out of country - 1st. card. Patron authorized to check-out library material ..... $100.00
• Non-resident - out of country - replacement. Patron authorized to check-out library materials ..... $50.00

• Overdue books ..... $0.25
• Overdue videos ..... $1.00
• Lost books - book (per book max.) ..... $25.00
